Welcome to Camargo Elementary School!

Vision: 
         The vision of Camargo Elementary is to encourage and foster partnerships with the community in order to create a culture where students feel welcome, safe, respected, and motivated to achieve at high levels.  This will be accomplished by setting high expectations and collaborating to meet all students' individual needs.

Mission:
        
The mission of Camargo Elementary is total commitment to supporting and challenging students to be self-disciplined and motivated learners in order to reach their full potential both academically and personally.

Playground Online Fundraiser

We are excited to announce our new “online only” playground fundraiser! Our goal is to raise $20,000. You can help greatly by ordering a tumbler or donating! We will be using our custom online platform to take orders! All payments can be made online! Sale ends: Friday, April 16th.

Spring Pictures

There have been a few changes to the spring picture schedule/plan. Spring pictures for ALL students will take place on March 29th, beginning at 8:00am. There will be NO pictures taken on April 2nd.   Virtual students may come from 12:30-2:00 to have their pictures taken. There will be no group pictures taken this year, but a composite photo of each classroom will be available to purchase at a later date.

Preschool & Head Start Registration

MCS Preschool and Gateway Head Start will hold a joint registration for students who live in the Montgomery County School District on Wednesday, April 14 at the Clay Community Center. All children must be screened to begin the eligibility process. This will include hearing, vision, and developmental screenings. Screenings take place at registration and will last approximately one hour. Only one adult may accompany each child being screened, no other family members will be permitted into registration.
