About Our School & Leaders

Mrs. NapierDudley Napier, Principal

Dudley McKenna Napier has worked in Montgomery County Schools for the past 12 years. She began her career as a first grade teacher, followed by one year in fourth grade and two years as a reading interventionist, and 3 years as Assistant Principal, all of which have been at Camargo Elementary.  She has had the opportunity to work with data, instructional practices, assessments, standards based grading and curriculum. In addition to her educational experience, she served as girl's golf coach for 5 years for Montgomery County High School.

Mrs. Napier received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Master’s degree with an emphasis in reading and writing from Union College. She recently completed her Educational Specialist Level 2 and principal certification from Morehead State University.

Mrs. Napier is excited about continuing to lead Camargo Elementary School as Principal. She believes in educating the whole child while also maintaining a standard of high expectations. This vision applies to every child that walks through the doors at Camargo Elementary. 

Mrs. Napier and her husband, Brooks, reside in Mt. Sterling and have two children, Davis and Hagen.


Dr. Sarah Farrow, Assistant Principal

Sarah Elam Farrow has been a part of the Montgomery County School system for the past ten years, serving as a Spanish teacher for Montgomery County High School. During her time as a teacher, she earned her certifications for Instructional Supervisor, Director of Pupil Personnel, and Principal. Most recently, she completed her Doctorate in Education in P-12 Administration from Morehead State University.

Mrs. Farrow and her husband, Josh, live in Mount Sterling with their two dogs, Chance and Sadie.
