Bus note requirements

Here is the information that we need to have in order to write a bus note for your child. 

A note from the parent with the following:
  • Date
  • Childs name (first and last)
  • Address they will be dropped off
  • Bus number
  • Who they are going home with/to
     
Bus notes need to be brought to the office BEFORE school - please drop them off in the office on your way into the building.  Bus notes will not be made if all necessary information is not filled out.   

To help make it easier on you {the parent}, I have made a nice little form that you can print here and fill it out for your child to turn in.
